Position Overview & Specifications
Receptionist – The Artful Dog Studio
We are looking for a self-motivated receptionist / admin to work at our busy studio just outside of Farnham. You will be the heart of the business that keeps everyday at the studio running smoothly.
Daily tasks will include:
- Managing all email, social media and phone inboxes
- Booking in new and existing clients on the phone
- Light book keeping and spreadsheet management
- Preparing shoot sheets and information
- Communicating with other staff members to ensure the studio runs smoothly
- Greeting new and existing clients into the collection and welcome area
- Maintain a clean and professional work space in the office and welcome area.
- Liaise with clients about orders and deposits.
- Management of CRM system
The Artful Dog studio is a delightful small business to work for with each dog that visits being the centre of our purpose as photographers. Our team aims to provide world class customer service and an unforgettable experience for owners and their dogs. With over 30 years combined experience in Portrait Photography we want to combine our photography and love for pets to create timeless portraits that hang on the walls forever.
Essential Experience and Skills
A love of dogs
Great time keeping
Keen attention for detail
Excellent communication skills written and on the phone
Computer literate
Must be able to drive due to rural location
Desirable Experience
Admin / front of house experience
Knowledge of administrative systems
Ideally you are able to start straight away. Interviews will be held on Friday 10th Feb.
£10.50ph-£11.50ph plus bonus. Pension scheme available.
