Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for a motivated person who likes to gain new experiences and work in a dynamic work atmosphere. As a Remote Supports Assistant, you will become part of a young, aspiring company.

You can expect an attractive salary of 1800 euros per month and additional commission possibilities. We also sponsor trips and events.

Your tasks:

Support our customers and service providers with inquiries and problems related to our Payment Provider services

Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.

Provide technical support and customer service for our accounting software application.

Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot customer software and hardware issues.
