Summary

We require a shipping administrator to work in our busy shipping office at Chelmsford to maintain our import and export documentation and record keeping on our IT systems.

Tasks include:

Maintaining shipping record keeping
Dealing with shipping enquiries and documentation
Data entryApplicants should have:
Be able to organise and prioritise.
Have experience of import/export though not essential as full training will be given
High degree of attention to detail and numeracy skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to plan, manage own time and take ownership of own workload
A strong completer finisher
IT skills to include Excel
Flexibility and willingness to do what is required and to take on new challenges as they arise
