Based in bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast growing manufacturer, supplying corbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the world’s leading aircraft and aero engine producers. The manufacturing facility houses some of the most advanced machining technology in Europe such as a multi axis NDT robotic machine, automated material cutting machine and mutli axis CNC machining centres. Position Summary and Responsibilities

About You:

You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team with over 100 employees onsite and 1,500+ across the UK. You will play a key role in supporting customer requirements and meeting business objectives.

You will have previous experience in Non Destructive Testing as you will play an intergral part in identifying early signs of defect.

This will be an opportunity to join a company long term who are investing in their people through direct 1-2-1 training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Ultrasonic Testing of composite detail parts and assemblies
Supporting other Test Laboratory functions, such as mechanical testing and development
Other duties may also be required

Qualifications

Skill Set

Experience of working with composite materials in a manufacturing environment
Capable of developing and writing UT Techniques

Qualifications:

Current certification of EN4179/NAS410 or PCN Level 1 or UT 2
