An opportunity has arisen for a office and Accounts assistant; predominately supporting the whole team in a wide range of duties.
This role will be set in a manufacturing environment and is office based. The requirement is for a part time person for 16 hours per week, we are flexible on hours / days per week and this can be discussed with the successful candidate all we ask is that Friday is included.
We are looking for a passionate motivated person who isn’t afraid of a demanding work load.
Position Summary
Raising orders
Inputting invoices into sage
Chasing copy invoices and raising disputes
Accounts filing of data
Answering incoming calls and emails and dealing with promptly
Other ad hoc office tasks which may arise
About you
- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will welcome the responsibility of this role
- Good IT skills with working knowledge of SAGE, Excel, Outlook, excellent communication and time management skills,
- Maths and English GSCE
- Determined and sociable with a can do attitude
- Good attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and also to contribute as part of the wider TEK team.
Full training will be given
Salary pro rata up to £27k
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
