Store Manager - Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our company at a management level as we are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager.

We are recruiting a hard-working, high-performance Manager to help our business continue to grow and succeed. This role will include managing all aspects of the store and being responsible for the store's performance and operations.

You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekdays and weekends, totalling approximately 38hrs per/week.

About the role...
This is a hands-on management role that will require you to manage and work necessary shifts in store. The expectation is that there is approximately 4hrs per week of office/management duties and approximately 34hrs per week working in the store.

The right candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure whilst delivering great customer service, along with the highest standard of product knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily operations

- Ability to motivate, lead and train staff

- Recruitment

- Banking and Payroll

- Making sure staff always deliver a quality product and service

- Stock monitoring

- Business Development

- Be the first contact for shift covers

- Cleaning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
