Position Overview & Specifications

Our client, an established and award-winning estate agency in South East London, is seeking an Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to the success of a dynamic and fast-paced agency.

As an Administrator, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of properties and clients, ensuring a high level of service at all times. They will also be responsible for assisting with property management tasks and responding to inquiries from tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities include:

· Processing and managing tenancy applications and agreements

· Handling property inquiries, viewings, and negotiations

· Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with landlords and contractors

· Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

· Managing rent collections and arrears

· Handling deposit protection and disputes

· Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

· Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues

· Administering lease renewals and terminations

· Conducting property inspections and inventory checks

· Keeping up-to-date with market trends and changes in legislation

· Using relevant software and tools, including property management software

· Supporting the wider team with other tasks and projects as required.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

· Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.

· Proficient in relevant software and tools, including property management software.

· A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company
