Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and process the daily requisitions and purchase orders to support store needs, including expedite orders.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails.
• Revise purchase orders and follow up on backorders, claims, and contracts.
• Process and organize the store, vendor, and buyer files related to purchases, shipments, and other aspects.
• Maintain purchase orders by updating delivery dates, prices, or other required supplier information.
• Communicate with stores, vendors, buyers, and distribution centers to ensure sufficient quantities, correct system pricing, and timely delivery.
• Keep supplier files up to date, including addresses, phone numbers, and overall contact information.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure on-time payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 1+ years of administrative, retail operation, or related work experience.
• Excellent computer skills, familiar with Microsoft and Google office suites.
• Bilingual in English/Chinese is required
• Demonstrate high work ethic, confidentiality, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $19 and $22 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
