Starbucks Supervisor

As a Starbucks supervisor you need to be an extremely friendly and positive

You must be proficient in leading a team and over seeing a smoothly run shift.

You will help store to achieve goals and targets for sales and up sales while

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for partners and customers.

You will help support the training of partners and ensure correct procedures

And routines are always followed.

Objectives

· Make every moment right for customers

· Deliver quality beverages, following Starbucks standards

· Take every customer name

· Always maintain clean environment and delegate daily cleaning tasks

· Set upsell initiatives, achieve sales targets

· Be role model

· Store to be QASA ready always (achieve pass for food/health and safety)

· Maintain labour costs, review performance throughout shift

Job Responsibilities

· Deliver excellent customer service

· Delegate cleaning responsibilities

· Coach team and provide constructive feedback

· Maintain brand standards

· Act as role model with punctuality and behaviour

· Demonstrate product knowledge, coffee passport

· Consistently deliver beverage quality

· Maintain uniform and appearance standards

· Communicate well with colleagues and Manager

· Be flexible for all shift patterns

· Complete training with baristas to ensure consistent standards

· Complete Duty Roster Notebook

· Follow cash procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.25 per hour
