Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Craigavon
Rate of Pay: £10.42 per hour
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
Position Purpose/Summary
As Maintenance Operative, you are responsible for the maintenance of the site and grounds.
Job Duties
- To ensure the site and grounds are maintained to a high standard as directed by our client
- Operate a tractor to maintain the grounds
- Gritting of the grounds on site
- Litter picking of the grounds when required
- Operating ride on scrubber dryer within the centre
- Any other duties as required
Essential Criteria
- Full Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria
- Previous maintenance experience
- First Aid Certificate
- Fire Warden Training
- All of the above are minimum criteria for appointment to these positions.
