Cafe Chef / Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for someone with a good level of kitchen experience to join our small team at our Cambridge cafe.

You should be familiar with preparing homemade meals along with lunch service for a simple menu. If you can bake too that's even better!

The Cafe has a high footfall and our menu reflects this. Consisting of Jacket potatoes, Pasta dishes, soups, salads and sandwiches. Ideally we woudl like to work with someone who can pick up the pace when needed but understands the value of keeping stress free kitchen while getting the work done and building a great atmosphere.

In return we offer:

• Fixed rota with one weekend off per month
• No more than 10 evening shifts PER YEAR - (finishing by 9:30pm)

Shifts run from 9am - 6pm (with an earlier finish in the winter)
