The Role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Talent/People team. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

Providing a seamless, end-to-end recruitment process that is engaging for both candidates and hiring managers
Supporting the VP Talent/People & Head of Talent/People in scheduling interviews and tracking/monitoring all internal and external interviews through our ATS (Greenhouse) and People Platform (HiBob)
Supporting and managing the 'candidate 'experience' throughout their journey and being the "go to" person, including all candidate communication by providing clear application status
Managing all ad hoc talent and people administration matters

Requirements

We'd love it if you have*:

Prior experience of utilising Greenhouse ATS or similar
A couple of years' experience in a talent coordinator role
Super organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
Ability to deal with shifting priorities and ability to work at pace
Good working knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel would be advantageous
