We aim to support and encourage a CARE-led service with the client's needs as a priority.

Job type: Full-Time and Part-time roles available

Salary: £11.50ph

Schedules: 12-hour shift, Day shift, Weekend availability

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

As a Healthcare Assistant you will;

• Assist residents with all aspects of personal care and their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) whilst maintaining their privacy and dignity.
• Assist residents during mealtimes and serve meals and drinks as required.
• Support residents in using their personal equipment and mobility aids when necessary, ensuring all are well maintained and functional.
• Understand, contribute to and be familiar with the residents’ Person-centred Care Plans and report any changes or updates to the shift lead.
• Complete accurate and effective written records and audits as instructed and in line with the Company’s care policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe environment is maintained at all times within the Home, reporting any incidents, accidents, infections or hazards/ faults.
• Undertake mandatory training and identified training in order to be able to carry out the role
• Attend regular supervision and appraisal meetings.
• Respect confidentiality and work with dignity at the core of what you do
• Promote and ensure the excellent reputation of the Home and the Company at all times.

Requirements

• 3 - 6 months of UK experience
• Valid Enhanced DBS
• Mandatory Training Certificates
• Passport/Visa/ BRP or any other suitable Right to Work documents

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
