Job Title: Housekeeper/Cleaner
Location: Leeds
Salary: £10.90 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 16 hours per week

Working Pattern:

Monday - 9.30am - 13.30pm
Tuesday - 9.30am - 12.30pm
Wednesday - 9:30am - 12:30pm
Thursday - 9.30am - 12.30pm
Friday - 9.30am - 12.30pm

*As September is our busiest period, you must be available to work 6 days a week from 9.00am – 17.00pm, including the weekends (psst.. extra funds to go towards your Christmas shopping!)*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleaning our student’s rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Supporting our team by cleaning communal areas.
Delivering exceptional customer service to our students.
Reporting on daily and weekly tasks.
Troubleshooting problems and emergency situations as they arise.
Any other reasonable request asked of you by your manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

At least 1 year experience in a Housekeeper/Cleaner role.
A real passion for housekeeping/cleaning and a fine eye for detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
Fluent in another language (not essential but would be an advantage).
An impeccable presentation.
An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
All candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK to be considered.
