Position Overview & Specifications

STUDIO UNA is looking for a digital marketing assistant to support the business on a part-time, freelance basis.

WHO WE ARE

We’re a new, boutique agency that believes in close collaboration with brand communities to CUT THROUGH THE CLUTTER. The media and advertising landscape has changed drastically over the last 4-5 years, and will only continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Our ambition is to remain at the forefront of this change through our work with innovative and visionary brands in the fashion, beauty and luxury industries to redefine the marketing rulebook, so to speak.

WHO YOU ARE

As the digital marketing assistant, you are someone who knows your way around the latest gadgets and gears, can post TikToks with your eyes closed, and is always one step ahead of your friends when it comes to staying on the pulse of the next big thing. We are looking for someone who has a little bit of work experience under their belt (ideally agency side!), but more importantly, someone who is eager to experiment and learn along the way. We believe in testing new concepts and sharing ideas, even if we’re not sure what the outcome will be—therefore, you should have an appetite for taking risks, a fearlessness in the face of challenges, and a willingness to embrace failure as an opportunity to learn something new.

YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Conceptualising and creating paid and organic social creative for clients
  • Managing ad campaigns (predominantly across Facebook/Instagram, some potential for TikTok as well), making any optimisations on an ongoing basis as discussed and approved with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Pulling weekly performance reports and making any recommendations for changes and optimisations as you see fit
  • Supporting in the development of an SEO strategy and associated content plan
  • Potential for other ad hoc work to arise (email campaign management, affiliates, etc.) depending on the client and their needs

This role will start out as a part-time, freelance opportunity, with a significant potential to grow as the business evolves. We are flexible on the overall number of days and hours per week, but anticipate the workload to be around 2-3 days on average. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £32,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.

Currently we work remotely with occasional in person meet ups in London. Our ambition and hope is to eventually establish a “Homebase” office in West London, and therefore we are ideally looking for candidates who would be open to working together in person 1-2 days per week in the medium to longer term future.

If this sounds like something that you would enjoy, we’d love for you to apply! Please submit your CV as well as any examples of social media content or other media campaigns that you have worked on in the past.
