Stephens Bakery is a family run business that has been trading for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on quality efficiency. Our current range includes a selection of traditional loaves of bread, rolls and confectionary.

We supply our own two retail outlets as well as supplying wholesale customers across Cardiff.

Job description

As a baker you will be expected to work both of your own and part of a team.

A successful candidate will be expected to:

Produce products using a variety of different machinery including deck ovens, rack ovens, bread plants, roll plants, mixers, pastry sheeter etc

Comply will all policies, rules and guidelines.

Maintain general cleanliness of the bakery.

About you:

Preferred to hold a valid hygiene certificate.

Prefer to hold a full driving license.

Experience of working in the food industry.

Be a positive and organised individual.

Be able to use your initiative.
