In this role you will:

• Guarantee the implementation of the Group's Customer Experience Strategy
• Assist and advise all teams in implementing a successful multi-channel Customer Experience, online and offline for all leads and customers.
• Develop a consolidated vision of CX performance on its scope of responsibility
• Propose and assist the operational staff in implementing the strategy and progressively improving the results

The Customer Experience Director role represents the Customer Voice in projects and actions on a Day-to-Day basis, will contribute to achieving the Group's ambitions for Customer Experience in a demanding and competitive environment alongside supporting the transformation of Customer Experience

The role will involve performing Customer Experience Diagnostics at the point of sale in support of the Manager / Operations Director to highlight the strengths and weaknesses including Business indicators analysis, POS organisation analysis, priority work axes identification and proposed organisational paths.
