Position Overview & Specifications

A superb opportunity has arisen for a an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic, international property team. We are a well-established company with a faultless reputation for exceptional customer service and staff progression.

We are looking for a professional and customer focused Property Manager to join our busy team and we are happy for this role to be primarily remote. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated and professional team, gaining further training and education in the world of property and portfolio management within the UK & International property market.

Stay Central works with accommodation providers throughout the UK & Europe to house travelling workforces ensuring that their stay is complemented with excellent customer service and support.

The main activities within the role will include:

Team Management (Currently 3 Personnel)

Training Delivery

Regular Reporting

As well as:

Completing referencing material

Reviewing contracts

Preparing contracts

Invoicing

Organising/managing keys

Inventory check co-ordination

Furnishings management

Health and safety audits

Arranging check-ins/outs

Maintenance handling

Renewals

Deposit arbitration

Deposit returns

The ideal candidate will be target focused with outstanding communication and influencing skills, you will be methodical and highly organised with the ability to proactively take ownership of your team and build lasting relationships with your clients.

You will be interested in the property industry, happy to keep an eye on all industry developments to maintain our competitive edge and be comfortable assessing feedback to put into actionable plans for individual properties, their owners and our clients. You’ll solve problems calmly, and be happy working on your own initiative.
