Starbucks Supervisor

We are looking to hire Supervisor for our fantastic Drive Thru Starbucks Store in Melksham!

It takes a certain kind of person with special qualities to make it as a Barista within a Starbucks. Do you have a love for customer service and a high level of dedication? Are you motivated, driven, resilient, flexible, positive and willing to go the extra mile for that perfect cup of coffee? As a Starbucks Barista, you will create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, top quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Previous experience is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Greet customers as they arrive in store

· Take customers orders with accuracy

· Provide customers with information on popular coffee blends

· Educate customers about the history of each coffee blend when required

· Provide customers with price information and billing stubs

· Give customers samples of popular blends with a view to creating sales opportunities

· Offer customers demonstrations using brewing equipment

· Brew coffee on instruction from customers and ensure each brew conforms to the standards set by Starbucks

· Ensure that any complaints are dealt with a positive attitude, keeping the customers needs in mind at all times to ensure recurring business

· Take payments and tender change

· Ensure that Starbucks merchandising and signing requirements are followed appropriately

· Ensure cleanliness and sanitisation of all work areas and equipment

· Handling and preparing food using the correct Starbucks health and safety procedures

· Preparing hot and cold beverages using the correct Starbucks beverage routine and sequencing

· Delivering world-class customer service at all times
