Our depot in Cumbernauld is recruiting Trainee Bus Drivers on a full-time or part-time basis.

As a Trainee Bus Driver with Stagecoach, you will earn a competitive hourly rate of £12.59 even whilst training!

WEEKLY PAY! That is right, you’ll be paid every Friday!

Rotas are a mix of early, day, split, mid, and back-shift with advance notice so you can organise your work-life balance.

Regular wage reviews.

Guaranteed a minimum of 39 hours per week, with optional overtime available to increase your earnings.

A yearly bonus for safe driving standards.

Holidays starting at 28 days per year, increasing to 33 days per year after five years of service.

Free travel for you and a companion on all Stagecoach bus services and CalMac Ferries.

Who are we looking for?

You will need to be at least aged 18 years old and have your driver’s licence for 2 years, with no more than six penalty points.

You will need to be patient, safe, and courteous to our customers and other road users

You will want to deliver great customer service and a team player
