An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of a Unit Administrator based at The Dallingtons

The key responsibilities of the role are:

· Provide general, comprehensive, and flexible administrative services to the organisation, ensuring discretion and confidentiality always and act as the Administrator.

· Create rotas using eRota and manage HR Compliance for all employees( need to have experience)

· Manage new starters and process any checks as required; enrol new starters on company systems.

· Be responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of all appropriate documentation.

· Be responsible for processing staff leaving the Organisation.
