Product Owner
Hybrid role based in Oxfordshire - One day a week in the office
Salary £45k - £55k + Benefits
This is a great opportunity for a junior-mid-level Product Owner candidate to join a growing team with the opportunity for upskilling and progression. The Product Owner will be working closely with the internal development team to deliver new features and enhancements to the current product offerings and bring new software development into the company's innovative software solutions that are used by a range of customers to solve 'real world' challenges.
Requirements:
- Define and measure the impact of new features being considered for inclusion in a product release
- Maintain a groomed backlog, prioritised on business value
- Manage stakeholders and requirements gathering
- Work with a scrum team(s) made up of developers, QA, and scrum masters
- Write clearly defined user stories for new product features, issues, & future enhancements
- Work alongside the Product Manager to support the planning and monitoring of releases
- Work with the Product Team to implement best practice processes
- Lead the refinement sessions with the development team
Preferred experience:
- Established experience as a software Product Owner in an Agile Scrum environment
- Experience in a user focused environment with the ability to manage stakeholders
- Requirement gathering, managing product backlog, planning sprints etc.
- An excellent communicator
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Good knowledge of SDLC and working with a development team
