Position Overview & Specifications
Role: Part Time Administrator / Scheduling Assistant
Location: Barry
Part time, Tuesday and Friday set and 1 other day to be agreed – 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary £23,000 pro rata which is £13,800 for 3 days
In this role, the successful candidate would plan clinics and schedules for the clinical teams as we as the deliveries of optical prescriptions to customers. You will use in house systems to plan and execute the clinics as well as speaking to our customers on the phone. All of this needs real attention to detail and you must be able to work at pace and also possess excellent administration skills that will be used to assist the smooth day to day running of the business.
You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to communicate with customers at all levels and have a can-do attitude.
This role would ideally suit either an optical assistant looking to get off the shop floor or a candidate with experience with planning routes/ deliveries for a busy business or someone with excellent administration and customer service standards.
