Digital Marketing Specialist

Slimming World is the UK’s leading weight management organisation, helping members lose weight in our community-based groups around the UK and Ireland and online through our digital programme.

About us…

Our in-house Marketing team is responsible for delivering dynamic multi-channel campaigns that support our Consultants to grow and retain membership in their community groups, and drive recruitment to our digital service. We’re now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dedicated, friendly team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will create and deliver a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our brand, improves visibility and drives traffic and conversion to Slimming World and our digital service. You’ll also work closely with other teams across the business including Social Media, PR, Technology, Digital Content and Digital Business, along with external specialist agencies.

Your role with us…

Previous experience of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, ideally for well-known brands, in an agency or in-house environment is desirable, as is a digital marketing qualification. If you’re analytical and creative, care deeply about consumers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment – then this is the perfect role for you!

• ​a passion for digital marketing and analytics, and a pro-active inquisitive approach to new and emerging developments and trends
• an excellent understanding of integrated marketing campaigns to ensure consistency of message and maximum impact
• strong relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly, team-orientated approach
