Slim Chickens are currently hiring for a Shift Manager to join our fun, talented team, located in Plymouth.

Due to the nature of the position, all applicants are required to be aged 18 or over.

Slim Chickens is now a fast-moving, growing business and we are in need of a passionate Shift Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in assisting the management team in the day to day operations of the Restaurant. Monitoring the training and development needs of staff is essential in order to continue providing the best experience for our guests. You will ensure that there is effective communication between all departments and staff morale is kept at a high level.

The desired candidate would be an excellent leader with a fun andfriendly personality which is vital in creating and maintaining our customer relationships.
