Sky’s RPA team designs, develops & supports robust automated solutions, to increase efficiency and productivity across any business area” – Head of RPA & Automation

What you'll do:

Team Leadership, including talent management, succession planning, and individual development progression.
Contribute to Sky’s automation strategy and roadmap.
Drive continuous improvements and ensure tight collaboration with our other SPACE teams.
Build strong working relationships with other departments across Sky group.
Form part of the SPACE leadership team

What you'll bring:

Experience of RPA technology e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
Proven track record of managing software development teams
Significant experience within waterfall and agile (Lean, Scrum, Kanban) environments
The ability to build & maintain effective relationships across Technology and other business areas within Sky
Experience of project tracking software e.g., Jira
Experience of managing complex systems, prioritisation and handling multiple tasks in parallel
