What you'll do

Should have excellent Cypress experience with Web and API
Responsible for performing regression testing across multiple territories
Liaise with product owners and team members to review acceptance criteria and specifications
Have a high level of knowledge in testing within an agile environment and able to demonstrate previous successes
Be comfortable having technical conversations with developers
Define and build new automation test scripts and drive improvements to our test automation frameworks
Contribute to the creation of the test strategy and to non-functional testing (performance, load, security etc.)
Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team, allowing them to be at their best, building a culture of collaboration within the test team
Assist in removing technical impediments encountered by the team
Attend, contribute and where appropriate, deputise within Agile ceremonies

What you'll bring

Previous experience in testing in content management systems (CMS)
Experience in Jenkins, GitHub & IntelliJ
Responsible for writing Cypress regression tests web and API
Proficiency in Cypress testing.
Experience in API testing
A solid grasp of the fundamentals of testing and experience in functional testing, using a value-driven approach
Proficient in JavaScript, Python, Java or another programming language
Design and development experience of test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, TestCafe or Playwright
An understanding of non-functional requirements/testing (performance, security, accessibility)
Knowhow of the key values and principles of Agile, including purpose of ceremonies and Agile estimating and planning
Familiar with version control and CI/CD
Experience with integration testing tools (e.g Postman, Fitnesse, Karate) is beneficial
Experience in line management and developing team members is beneficial

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
