The Content Products team have an exciting opening for a new Commercial Projects Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading on the team’s largest annual project, Cinema Sampling which represents 20% of our planned sales and is of huge strategic importance.

What you'll do:

Cinema Sampling – Lead a large partner group for Cinema’s biggest campaign ensuring the numerous milestones implemented and communicated efficiently.
Data management - Ownership & maintenance of the reporting and trackers which ensure our campaigns conform with legal guidelines and are commercially optimal.
Diagnosis – diagnose performance and operational issues as they arise and ensure to embed these findings into future execution
Optimise & Evolve – Support the Lead in identifying means of optimising the existing Sampling campaign, via process improvements and performance testing. In addition to launching on new platforms and territories
Find/Ideation - Scope out opportunities which drive P&L growth, supporting the Head of Department & Lead in driving volume, revenue & EBIT growth

Analytical ability – Able to manipulate large volumes of data to be able to draw simple conclusions from complex data
Confident communicator – Able to transform complex issues & analysis into clear digestible messages
Commercially astute – Experience of tracking and optimising against a set of key important metrics with a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and potential threats and opportunities
Strategic problem solver – an inquisitive and independent mind that able to work in both the detail and at a high level
