What is my role as Parlour Restaurant & Bar Manager?

The Parlour is opened for breakfast, lunch and transforms into a late night fun bar with DJs and other entertainment.

The Ideal Candidate will have experience in lifestyle central London establishments, understanding the Mayfair crowd and late bar management. We are looking for someone with strong personality and with a capacity to establish instant relations with a late night bar crowd.

The Manager is entirely responsible for the management of people and stock as well as management of the room. This role requires full knowledge of staff management, guest management, training management as well as being able to take responsibility for all aspects of the room. This includes but is not limited to work schedule management, holiday management, cleaning procedures and process, guest satisfaction, staff satisfaction, uniforms and grooming.

The Parlour is a friendly and fun environment and the style of service must be relaxed yet professional. The right candidate will have a charming confident personality and previous years of assistant manager experience as a minimum.

Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Chef Frederic Don and has a French inspired European style.

The role is hands on and requires a will to deliver the ultimate experience to our guests.
