IMPORTANT - We are specifically looking for someone with previous COMMERCIAL property experience - Retail, Industrial, Office. Previous experience in Residential property is not considered a qualification for this position.

Sheraton Management Limited a London based Property Management company managing commercial property assets on behalf of clients throughout England require a remote working Data Processor.

Previous experience within the Commercial property sector and understanding of the statutory compliance processes, dealing with VOA, Business Rates and Utility providers is essential

The Role

We currently manage about 120 commercial properties and the successful candidate will work within a team to provide support for all property and tenancy related matters to ensure that documents are processed correctly across several internal systems and web based platforms and to ensure that all compliance requirements are met. To cross check data to ensure that all data is recorded correctly.

To liaise with the Property Administrator

To prepare reports for the Company Principals

Role Requirements

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SECTOR ESSENTIAL.

Previous experience of processing Leases, maintaining accurate property compliance data, processing utility supply information and data, dealing with Utility companies, VOA and Business Rates.

Previous experience of working with data entry

High level of self motivation

High levels of data entry therefore attention to detail and accuracy are crucial skills

Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Good time management and ability to manage workload

Excellent IT Skills

Clean Driving Licence

9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday or other to be agreed

20 days annual holiday

Workplace Remote/home with IT equipment supplied by Sheraton Management Limited

Occasional requirement to attend training meetings in London office and site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
