Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to work within Shell Sedgemoor Services (M5 Southbound) for 24 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and passionate about giving great customer service and always willing to learn and progress within the company.

You will have excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

The ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone as well as working in a team is also required.

Ideally you will have previous customer service or retail experience, and some supervisory experience.

Due to location applicants must be able to drive.

Duties will include:

- Deputise for manager

- Managing staff

- Cash Handling

- Excellent customer service

- Maintaining Store standards/Cleaning

- Stock Replenishment

There are bonus schemes along with holiday pay.

Comprehensive training and uniform is provided.

Due to the sale of age related products applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: £11.50 per hour
