Title: Sales Director (Publishing/Sponsorship Sales Background)

Location: Farringdon, London

Salary: £90,000 base, £200,000+ OTE

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our team of 25 salespeople and report to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in publishing/sponsorship sales and have managed teams of 10-20 people in the past. Additionally, the candidate must be a great motivator and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 25 salespeople
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective sales operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in publishing/sponsorship sales
Must have experience of managing a team of 10+ salespeople
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
