Position Overview & Specifications
SF are working exclusively with a market leading and state of the art software business in Birmingham who are looking to grow their credit and finance function. This is a high performing and hard working credit team of 20. You will manage your own ledger and work closely with the billing, sales and operations teams.
Successful candidates will be provided on the job training whilst being supported by senior members of the team to help develop their soft skills and knowledge within the Credit Control function.
What You Will Do:
- Proactively managing queries and liaising with customers regarding overdue payments
- Managing a ledger of 500+ accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of correspondence with customers
- Weekly/monthly cash collection forecasting
- Liaise with various internal departments in order to resolve customer queries
Supporting with daily cash allocation
What you'll need
- Our credit controllers should be adept at manipulating and understanding data
- A tenacious individual, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
