What the role is

The Barista will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for operations of Coffee and Breakfast service. Selina is growing fast and our location customer service is a key element on this journey.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for upkeep of the coffee machine
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils & equipment
• Making hot drinks to a consistently high quality
• Keeping up with latest market trends
• Understanding the dietary needs of customers with certain dietary or allergy requirements
• Keeping on top of stock levels of milk varieties
• Working in unison with the bar/floor teams for smooth operations
• Clearing tables and assisting on the floor

What you need for the role

• Great communication skills
• Experience as a barista
• Enthusiasm to progress your skillset
• Friendly & positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team

Low and High Skill Wellness Delivery

Staff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
