Our Sales Engineers work alongside our Account Executives to spread the Seismic word and close deals with some of the most important brands on the planet. But they can't do it alone. Our Global Sales Engineering Services (GSES) team is the special sauce for success behind the scenes.

As an Associate Sales Engineer on the GSES team, you will constantly be exposed to new technologies and have the opportunity to hone your skills with some of the best in the business as mentors. You will work with the field SEs to help them stand up demo tenants and to craft new assets for the software demonstrations they provide. GSES is a great place to develop your career as a technical professional and can help you get a great start on the career path of Sales Engineer.

What You Will Do:

  • Respond to requests from field SEs for demo tenants, demo assets and other assistance
  • Assist with developing messaging around new features and new demo assets
  • Monitor email and Slack channels and respond as necessary
  • Gather and understand the business and technical requirements of the SEs we support.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across Sales and all of Seismic Sales Engineering.
  • Keep current with technology trends and understand the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with Product Management on existing and new product development

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ years in a prospect or customer facing role
  • High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Passion for technology and a love for working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Industry knowledge of our key markets (financial services, healthcare, technology, insurance) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to learn
