Residential Night Concierge - Central London - £30k - + excellent benefits - 3 on 4 off 4 on 3 off

The Opportunity

An award winning property management company are looking for Residential Night Concierges for their private residential development in Central London.

The Residential Night Concierge position will be working in a team and reporting directly into the Head Concierge. The aim is to provide a seamless 24/7 5* Hotel Style service to all residents and visitors.

Some of the duties will be:

Meeting and greeting residents, visitors with 5 star service
Main/First point of contact for Resident requests
Travel planning and booking of transport
Checks of the building and resident amenities

What You Will Need

* Previous customer service experience ideally working over night in a 4* or 5* setting

Strong English language skills
