Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair devices such as but not limited to, PC’s, Laptops, Printers, retail equipment etc.
Providing contingency cover for the Inventory Controller, as and when required.
Ability to repair devices at component level
Supporting other departments as and when required
Update relevant business systems to the required standards and in line with agreed processes

Key Skills / Requirements

General Interest in PC repair and maintenance activities
Gain Accreditations to repair Tier1 Product repairs e.g. HP/Lenovo & Dell.
Ability to gain SC clearance.
