Skills2Work, a pioneering education company focused on skills development and employability, is currently looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role centers around recruiting learners via digital channels and supporting a wide range of marketing activities. Previous experience in this field is preferred but not essential as we are more than willing to train the right candidate. This position offers an excellent opportunity to cultivate marketing skills, with particular emphasis on Facebook/Meta advertising, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Utilize Facebook/Meta advertising, TikTok, and Snapchat to recruit learners and enhance visibility of Skills2Work programs.

Contribute to conversion optimization strategies to boost campaign effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, learning to recommend areas for optimization and improvements under the guidance of the marketing team.

Participate in content creation for social media platforms and other digital channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify brand awareness and harmonize marketing efforts.

Provide support in organizing and executing marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives.

While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not a requirement. A passion for social media platforms and a drive to learn are of utmost importance. Comprehensive training will be provided for this role.
