The Role:
Leading a team of 4-6 people, to complete packing tasks in a timely manner whilst ensuring the quality of the product and the safety of yourself and co-workers is not compromised.

Main duties:
Lead packing campaigns ensuring maximum efficiency and minimum wastage
Ensure production down-time is minimised by reporting problems promptly
Ensure the quality standards for the product are maintained
Ensure the safety information for the product is understood before by all staff on the task before starting.
Report and record campaign information, issues and resolutions on IT EPR system Ensure that at all times general housekeeping is kept to a high standard

Rotating Shifts 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Mon-Fri

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year line/team leading experience in production environment
Own transport
Computer literate
Good communication skills with excellent English

Salary: £24,500-£28,000 per annum (£11.78-£13.46 per hour) depending on experience

Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.
