Position Overview & Specifications

The CRM Team are recruiting for a support role to join their team on a full time basis (40 hours per week), offering flexible working with a mixture of office and home working. You will be a part of a team based in Tonbridge, UK that is responsible for the operation of RSK’s CRM system and onboarding our internal companies onto this new tool. They are the liaison between employees and the CRM software and working as a group to ensure all training and introduction to the tool is completed correctly.

This position bridges the gap between the CRM system and the users who interact with it. To do this effectively, the administrator must have an in-depth understanding not only of the CRM software, but also of sales, marketing, business processes, finances and how they relate to the CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CRM team to maintain and improve the CRM system for RSK wants and needs
Work with the different business units within RSK to help them with the onboarding system and explore how they would want to use the CRM system
Work with the supplier in the various iterations of data analysis and design improvements to set tasks to realise efficiencies
Liaising closely with the Business Systems and ERP Systems teams
Where necessary, consult and validate with Assistants to agree definitive entries; arbitrate and resolve disputes if necessary
Understanding of database systems and integrations essential.

Person Specification:

Have knowledge within Sales & Marketing, allowing you to understand the needs of teams.
Previous experience of CRM systems would be beneficial
MS Office skills would be essential
Confident, self-motivator with a proactive approach

Salary and Benefits:

£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
