Waiting Staff

We are looking for team players who have a passion for guest service and enjoy being part of a winning team. It's important for our Servers to anticipate the needs of guests, listen carefully and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. We're willing to train the right individual, so previous experience is not required, but an interest in a fast-paced working environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to dining room customers in a way that is consistent with restaurant and food quality standards.
• Prioritise customer requests.
• Make sure that all meals are served correctly and arrive in a timely fashion.
• Answer questions regarding menu items, food preparation, beverages, table settings, and specials.
• Handle customer requests with courtesy and respect.
• Assist other staff in maintaining a courteous dining experience for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organised appearance at all times.

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
