LIVE IN MAINTENANCE PERSON

Do you enjoy fixing/ repairing things? This is the job for you!

This can be a LIVE ON PREMISES role for the right person.

The candidate will be completing general maintenance around the pub and accommodation on a daily basis, therefore a background in maintenance is required. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the building's maintenance. Jobs can vary greatly depending on what is needed, so a diverse set of skills is preferred, plumbing, groundwork, electrical, painting and decorating and some carpentry.

Must be able to work under own initiative or when a problem arrises by the manager.

The job role consists of 25 working hours per week, usually Monday to Friday. However, call outs over weekend or unsociable hours do arise.

Salary: £11.00 per hour
