DESCRIPTION
ROSEN is a leading privately-owned company that was established as a one-man business in 1981. Over the last 40 years, ROSEN has grown rapidly and is today a worldwide technology group that operates in more than 120 countries with almost 4,000 employees.Our Education Systems and Services (EDSS) team requires an Assistant to support our Competence Club (learning platform), dealing with first line queries from our external customer base and internal stakeholders, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks in support of the Business Line, including:
- Assisting in general updates to the Competence Club LMS (Learning Management System)
- Managing various databases eg. Client records, training portfolios etc
- Assisting with the creation and development of training courses, including liaising with Subject Matter Experts
- Supporting content creation and development. This includes, but is not limited to graphics, presentations, video creation, blogs, and case studies.
- To collaborate with the wider team to support digital events and training
- Adhoc assistance on other Business Line projects and general administrative housekeeping when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proof reading and content creation
- Works calmly and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and brilliant attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with editing and maintaining CMS/LMS platforms
- Familiarity with digital image editing (e.g. Canva, InDesign) and video editing (Adobe)
- Experience in learning and education (desirable)
