Contract Lawyer – Professional Services, Birmingham An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Lawyer to join a Professional Services organisation in Birmingham. The successful candidate will advise the business on commercial risk, receive a competitive salary, a clear career path, and flexible working arrangements. Role Description:

The successful Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for providing clients with expert legal guidance and support on various aspects of Contract law. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with them to deliver solutions to complex legal challenges including:

Negotiating contract terms
Drafting and reviewing legal contracts for compliance.
Providing legal advice and guidance on contract-related matters.
Proactive problem-solving to balance legal requirements and business needs.
Advising on Risk
Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships
Co-ordinate training for Compliance updates

About You:

You must be a UK qualified lawyer with approximately 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in Client Contracts, gained from a comparable firm. Alongside a strong academic record, you should possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to commute to Birmingham is essential.

Ability to understand and manage risk effectively.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
