Our Site Director, Ivan of Strensham Motorway services on the M5, Worcester is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join the team as Costa team members. As a member of the team you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving our delicious range of coffees and other drinks along with a selection of food and pastries while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and taking orders
Preparing and serving drinks
Cleaning and maintaining the unit
Following all food safety and hygiene procedures
Upselling products and advising customers on product range
Working as part of a team
