RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator - Northern Europe to join its office in Sunderland within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.
Overview
RINA Tech UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator for Inspection and Expediting Services at manufacturer locations worldwide.
The position will be based in our RINA office in Sunderland, UK. As a smart working organisation, there are office and home-based days.
Responsibilites
Project
You will be expected to:
- Operationally coordinate projects for procurement support services such as vendor inspection, expediting second and third party activities
- Search and select promptly the most competent and close personnel to carry out activity requested by the customer, being responsible for the quality execution of the service and the cost
- Plan and schedule workloads, and assign field personnel, ensuring project requirements are understood and fully met
Customer
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors whilst keeping all informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all customer needs
Qualifications and Experience
Experience
Previous administrative experience
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience background; striving for high customer satisfaction and being responsive to client needs
Proficient use of MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Fluency in English
