Role and Responsibilities

Assisting with the day to day delivery of projects
Building relationships with clients
Development of project documentation and reporting
Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
Assist with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
Assist with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
Monitor and report on contractor’s progress on site
Support the team in developing new business opportunities
Support the team managing existing client relationships
Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
Develop skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the client

Experience and Skills Required

Construction project management experience essential
Experience using Microsoft Office software and ideally Microsoft Project
Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
Experience of delivering presentations
Excellent communication skills to have gravitas with senior professionals
Experience in report writing

You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to complete projects to agreed timelines.
