We are looking for Children's Residential Support Workers to join our OFSTED registered "GOOD" Children's Home in Dagenham, Essex.
The organisation specialises in providing exceptional care to children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural needs. We endeavour to create a homely environment that supports the needs of the children and young people - enabling them to express their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives.
We are looking for an experienced Support worker for a children's residential home. You must demonstrate experience of working with young people aged 10 - 18 years old in a similar setting who may present challenging behaviour.
Salary and Benefits
- £10.50 - £12.00 an hour depending on qualifications and experience.
- Yearly Bonus.

Requirements
- Recent experience working as a support worker in a Children's Home.
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or willing to work towards this.
- This role will involve shift work.
All posts are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
