Business Analyst

Due to an internal promotion, Residential Management Group have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst, within the Business Transformation Team, supporting business critical projects.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Northwich office and 2 days working from home.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Business Systems Transformation Manager, you’ll join a small team of Business Analysts and Project Managers, supporting the business’s IT, Process Improvement and Change Management Projects.

You’ll be providing project support and document processing, as well as working with stakeholders to understand their needs. It’s essential you’re also conversant in data analysis, so you can support the Data Analyst team.

You will produce data availability assessments which will allow us to understand where data resides and the quality of that data; working with our experts to identify data gaps and provide recommendations for resolution. You will be adept at summarising your findings in an easy to understand format.

You'll have a Business Analysis background from a Process Transformation/Data reporting perspective, with strong Agile/Scrum experience.

What other skills & experience are we looking for from our Business Analyst?

• Previous experience in a Business Analysis role
• Exceptional data analysis skills
• Experience of process mapping, data analysis, wireframes, user stories, user testing, business change
• Agile (Scrum or Kanban) or participation in Agile teams developing process solutions as a minimum
• Experience of JIRA or a similar advanced tool for Agile teams
• Familiar with PowerBI and/or be a master of Excel with extensive data manipulation skills
• Effective communication (written, verbal and listening) and stakeholder management skills

You’ll be a creative thinker and problem solver, with a proven ability to plan and prioritise your work to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
