Renes is a ladies designer clothes shop with a great customer and online presence. Based in the centre of Lancaster Renes sells a wide range of clothing and fashion accessories from around the globe.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time Sales Assistant to play a key role in the ensuring a fantastic customer experience.

As a new role, it is an opportunity to make it your own, so we want someone to be as passionate about our business, its success and to play a part in our story by bringing your ideas to the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing numerous aspects of the customer facing sales assistant role. Duties will consist of:

• Support and work to enhance high retail standards.
• Work as part of the team to produce great results and get the best out of everyone around you.
• Use social media platforms to enhance the brand.
• Have new ideas and the commitment to see them through to delivery.
• Contribute to the store layouts, windows display, pricing and promotions, presentation, and product merchandising
• Help to maximise sales and loyalty through excellent customer service and customer first culture.
• Assist with stock takes, fashion shows, events which may include working outside the store’s normal opening hours

Qualities and Experience:

• We are looking for someone who knows retail inside out.
• You will have experience of selling, stock management and visual merchandising.
• A well organised individual who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
• A professional individual with good attention to detail.
• Help to maximise sales and loyalty through excellent customer service and customer first culture.
• Ensure high retail standards for the benefit of the business, customers and the team in order to maximise profits.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Previous fashion, footwear or fashion accessories experience.

Preferred

• Social Media experience would be good but not essential.
• Fashion experience is preferable but an interest in fashion is essential for you to relate to our customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary: From £10.00 per hour
